Join the J~ Membership (FREE membership) and then make a request for the quotation of the product through our website.

Search a Japan product from our website or provide a link of the product that can be bought in Japan.

We will then send you the confirmed price of the product together with an estimated shipping cost for both by sea or by air.

At the same time, a payment link (through Airwallex) will be sent to you. This payment link is for buying the product only, while a payment link for the shipping fee will be sent later.

Once the payment is confirmed, we will purchase the respective product in Japan.

Once the product is delivered to our Japan storehouse, we will check the condition of the product and send photos of the products to you. We will also weigh the product in order to get an accurate shipping fee.

You can then decide on which shipping method to be used.
Method A: By air – Arrive within days but cost more.
Method B: By sea – Arrive in weeks or months but cost less.
Method C: Consolidate – Buying more than one products through our website and grouping them together before shipping to your address. This method can save the most shipping cost.

Method A/B: A payment link (through Airwallex) for the shipping fee will be sent to you. Please pay accordingly.
Method C: Please inform us when you are ready to ship the consolidated products. We will then weigh the products and send you a payment link (through Airwallex) for the shipping fee. Please pay accordingly.
9.
Once the payment is confirmed, we will ship the product directly to your address.
