How much is charged for the Shoppping Agent service?
A. The original price we buy the product.
B. The shipping fee as listed in this website (or quoted as per request).
C. Handling fee per parcel we received, i.e. If more than one products are shipped to us as one single parcel (usually means coming from the same shop), only a single handling fee is required.
As a new opening special offer, the handling fee per parcel is now just JPY¥300 !
D. The commission fee of the payment platforms:

Why is it call “Reference Price” instead of “Price”?
It is because we do not own the product, and we are just helping our members to buy their desired product in the market. The product’s availability and price change from time to time in the market, thus we need to confirm the price after request of quotations are made.
Do you accept refund and return of products bought with shopping agent services?
If the product became unavailable after you have made payment, we will guarantee a full refund.
We will also check for any defects or misdeliveries when we receive the bought items, so there will be no worries about the need of returning a product with problems.
Moreover, the shipment methods we use include insurance of the parcel, in case of any damage or loss during the shipping process.
Therefore, we would not accept return of products.
