“How to use the shipping agent service?” in detail
1. Join the J~Membership
2. Make a quotation request of product(s), either searched from westdoorblowj.com or any external websites.
Using westdoorblowj.com: Simply add products into the request list.
Using external websites: Submit request through “Request by Link” function.
3. We will confirm the availability and the price of the desired product(s) through email.
4. Pay for the product(s) through Airwallex if everything’s fine. We will then buy the product(s) within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
5. When we receive the product(s), we will check the condition of the product(s). In case of wrong deliveries or defects found, we will ask for replacement(s) from the shop.
6. We will also weigh the product(s) as a parcel in order to determine the shipping fee.
7. Choose a shipment method:
A. Direct shipping by air | B. Direct shipping by surface | C. Consolidation shipment
8. Pay for the shipping through Airwallex.
9. The product(s) will be sent within 24 hours after payment confirmation.
10. Wait for the product(s) to be delivered directly to your address! (Receivers pay for custom charges (if any) )

The cost of the shipping agent service is as follows:
A. The original price we buy the product.
B. The shipping fee as listed in this website (or quoted as per request).
C. Handling fee per parcel we received, i.e. If more than one products are shipped to us as one single parcel (usually means coming from the same shop), only a single handling fee is required.
As a new opening special offer, the handling fee per parcel is now just JPY¥300 !
D. The commission fee of the payment platforms:
Airwallex: 5%
A+B+C+D=Total cost of the shopping agent service.
